The QC Toolkit™ is a multi-purpose module within the QC Enterprise™ software solution. It offers all of the interface technology necessary for communicating with host Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and lower-level Material Handling Systems (MHS).

QC Enterprise™ provides extensive reports for managing your warehousing needs. All the necessary reports for managing orders, inventory, shipments, and transactions are integrated in your customized system. Reports can be created and customized to fit your system. All reports can be printed, and/or viewed as screen queries.

Our reports provide customer-designed details to easily manage your warehousing needs. We make this possible by providing simple, clean data-driven documentation for production analysis. Typical reports in a warehouse setting could include:
QC Toolkit allows for a combination of both diagnostic and statistical analysis tools to monitor and troubleshoot the operational performance of your system.

The HOST and WCS exchange information in a number of ways depending on system requirements. This includes flat files, XML messaging, database links, and socket messages. We have installed this tool in customized systems as well as Oracle, SAP, Red Prairie, Manhattan, Infor, Fortna, Forte, ERP and other standard systems.

The Notification Manager contacts key personnel when a system problem is detected. When a status condition is triggered, the Notification Manager sends an alert message to floor supervisors (or specified personnel) by a variety of communication devices including email, PDA, mobile phone, or pager.

Alerts are configurable and transmitted in real-time, thereby providing an early warning of a potential problem. The Notification Manager allows you to resolve system issues before they become critical.
One of our most useful features of the QC Toolkit is the Flex Screens. Their purpose is to provide a highly customizable and "flexible" interface for accessing, displaying, and editing database information through the use of carefully defined SQL and XML instructions. The design of the system allows the user to easily define and customize Flex Screens.
